Responsibilities
To supervise daily support operations and do the best efficient administrative procedures by lead team to complete fully range of administrative duties in different departments.
Assists in handling all administrative task related with all supporting function in company activities
Liaised with internal/external relevant parties throughout back office division, operation division and mother company
Manage all Human Resources functions; Manpower planning, recruitment, policy management, organization development
Monitor employee development plans to meet the standards
Oversee office facilities services, maintenance activities and subcontract in General Affair function
Responsible for purchasing and procurement by negotiates with vendors for good services with best reasonable price
Develops all scope of responsible functions to support overall business plan for the company
Qualificatio
Experiences in management or administrative function about 5-10 years
In-depth understanding in office management job such as assistant to top management, Executive Secretary, Human Resources or back office supporting
Good command of written and reading English (TOEIC Score : 600 up)
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Competency Requirements

Flexible and able to travel within the country by own driving
Capable to integrate and implement policies and procedure
Excellent organizing and multitasking abilities
Good analytical and communication skills
Willing to learn and continuous self-development

Employment: Full time
Working condition: Monday – Friday
Working Location: Ekamai Soi.3 (Temporary office), then able to work at Praditmanutham Rd., in Y2019
