May 22, 2025, ZEEKR PRIMUS reaffirmed its leadership in the premium-luxury automotive market by advancing the construction of its first flagship showroom and service center, ZEEKR HOUSE, located in Ratchaphruek Road. The new facility reflects the commitment to service excellence and aims to accommodate the growing customer base in Thailand, with an expected opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon, President of Primus Prestige Co., Ltd., and affiliated Primus Group, stated that, following the company’s continued investments and expansion in Thailand’s automotive distribution sector—particularly through its partnership with ZEEKR Thailand, a premium-luxury Chinese automotive brand appointed as an official dealer in late 2022—the company has commenced the development of ZEEKR HOUSE. This new flagship showroom spans over 4 Rai in Ratchaphruek Road and features the latest CI standards, offering comprehensive sales and after-sales services enhanced with cutting-edge technology. The facility is designed to serve the increasing demand of Thai customers and support future growth.
According to Mr. Nattavuth, the concept and vision of ZEEKR Thailand prioritize the development of high-standard products and services that align with modern consumer lifestyles while enhancing the brand’s premium-luxury image. He expressed confidence that the new ZEEKR HOUSE would provide the best customer experience and strengthen the business prospects of both Primus Group and ZEEKR Thailand.

The design of the showroom and service center follows the latest CI standards, with added touches of luxury, modernity, and maximum comfort. The interior layout includes a large ZEEKR display zone covering all models, a dedicated consultation area, an exclusive customer lounge with beverages and gourmet offerings, and a delivery zone aimed at creating memorable experiences for customers becoming part of the ZEEKR PRIMUS family.
For after-sales services, a large service center has been allocated to ensure comprehensive maintenance and repairs for ZEEKR vehicles, equipped with modern tools and facilities to deliver premium service quality.
The ZEEKR HOUSE project is scheduled for official completion and operation within the third quarter of 2025. Currently, ZEEKR PRIMUS operates a temporary showroom and service center on Ratchaphruek Road to serve customers and nearby areas more conveniently.
