TOA-PPIH Accelerates Sportainment Expansion with Over THB 50 Million Investment in Its Largest D-Sports Stadium at Central Northville

23 June 2026: TOA-PPIH Co., Ltd. is moving forward with its full-scale expansion into the Sportainment market, announcing the upcoming launch of D-Sports Stadium Central Northville, its second branch in Thailand and the largest D-Sports Stadium to date. Scheduled to open in July 2026, the new branch spans over 2,500 square meters with an investment of more than THB 50 million.

Under the concept “Share Fun, Find New,” D-Sports Stadium combines sports, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences in one destination, reflecting the company’s business expansion strategy to meet the needs of modern consumers who seek experience-led lifestyles alongside health and wellness.

The company aims to expand its membership base from approximately 12,000 members to more than 30,000 members, while increasing the proportion of B2B customers, including corporations, educational institutions, and team-building groups, to support sustainable growth. The new Central Northville branch is expected to attract more than 20,000 members and visitors within its first year of operation and contribute to revenue growth of approximately 20–30% in 2027.

Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon, Chairman of TOA Venture Holding Co., Ltd. and Director of TOA-PPIH Co., Ltd., said, “We believe the Sportainment market is still in the early stage of growth and holds strong potential, driven by health mega-trends, the experience economy, and the changing lifestyles of modern consumers who are looking for out-of-home activities that can be enjoyed together with family and friends. What we are doing is not simply competing in an existing market, but helping to create a new market with significant room for future growth.”

“Following the positive response to the first D-Sports Stadium branch, this year we are moving forward with full-scale business expansion through three key strategies: building wider awareness of Sportainment, expanding our membership base and community through social media and a broader range of in-branch activities, and increasing revenue contribution from corporate and school customers, which will become a new growth engine for the business in the future.”

“Another key commitment is our use of environmentally friendly paint products. All paint products used within the branch are certified with the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) label as well as carbon reduction labels, reflecting our intention to develop sports spaces that consider sustainability alongside quality and functionality.”

Industry data indicates that Thailand’s sports market continues to expand. In 2025, the market generated an economic value of approximately THB 218 billion, representing growth of around 7%. At the same time, the fitness and wellness sectors continue to grow steadily, reflecting consumers’ increasing focus on health and experience-based activities. These trends serve as key supporting factors for the growth of the Sportainment business.

Mr. Hiroshi Tanaka, Chief Operating Officer of TOA-PPIH Co., Ltd., said of the new branch launch, “D-Sports Stadium Central Northville marks another important milestone for us. It is our second branch and the largest D-Sports Stadium to date, with a total investment of more than THB 50 million covering space design, interior decoration, and high-quality imported sports equipment and attractions from Japan.”

“The branch is designed to become a new Sportainment landmark in the Rattanathibet area, bringing together sports, fun, and lifestyle experiences in a complete one-stop destination. It caters to players of all ages and experience levels, from school-age children to families. Under the concept ‘Share Fun, Find New,’ we want everyone to discover new fun and experiences through sports and activities they enjoy. Our goal is to elevate D-Sports Stadium into a one-stop destination that answers both exercise and quality time needs in one place. We aim to attract more than 20,000 members and visitors within the first year of operation.”

In 2026, D-Sports Stadium’s marketing direction will be driven primarily by an Experience-Driven Marketing strategy. The focus will be on creating buzz through user-generated content, collaborations with influencers, creators, and communities in sports, lifestyle, and family segments, as well as the continuous organization of tournaments and community events. These efforts aim to build engagement, encourage repeat visits, and strengthen D-Sports Stadium’s position as a leading Sportainment destination for consumers in the future.
