Benz Primus Creates a New Luxury Experience with “Yacht Cruising and Luxury Sports Driving” at Mercedes-Benz Driving Events

Benz Primus created a new luxury experience through two exclusive activities: “Yacht Cruising and Shark Release” combined with “Luxury Sports Driving” at the legendary Bira International Circuit in Pattaya, as part of the Mercedes-Benz Driving Events.

Most recently, Benz Primus, in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz (Thailand), invited its valued customers to join an exclusive experience featuring a luxury yacht cruise and shark release activity, followed by an exciting high-performance driving experience with world-class Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG sports cars at Bira International Circuit, Thailand’s first racing circuit, in Pattaya, Chonburi.

On the first day, participants gathered at the Mercedes-Benz showroom, Primus Pattaya Branch, where Mr. Jirapol Rujiviphat, senior executive of Primus Group, warmly welcomed guests and officially opened the event. The group then departed for Ocean Marina Yacht Club to take part in an eco-tourism activity dedicated to marine conservation through the release of sharks back into Thai waters.

The activity took place aboard a large luxury yacht, allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf of Thailand while cruising toward Koh Khram Noi, an island known for its beautiful long stretch of fine white sand and scenic coastal views.

The highlight of the day was the release of sharks back into the sea, reflecting a shared commitment to nature conservation and the preservation of Thailand’s marine ecosystem. Marine experts provided knowledge about sharks and marine life, along with proper guidance on how to safely release the sharks. Each family then participated in releasing the sharks back into the Thai sea, creating a meaningful and memorable moment filled with joy and pride as they helped return these young marine conservationists to nature.

After the activity, guests travelled to Meliá Pattaya Hotel, a newly opened five-star luxury hotel, for check-in and leisure time. In the evening, participants attended an Exclusive Dinner Party, enjoying specially curated food and beverages along with lively music, creating a joyful atmosphere filled with laughter and happiness throughout the night.

On the second day, the excitement continued with a high-performance driving experience featuring powerful Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG models specially selected by Mercedes-Benz (Thailand). Nearly 20 vehicles were prepared for the event, including the Mercedes-AMG G 63, Mercedes-AMG SL 43, Mercedes-AMG EQE 53 4MATIC+, and Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 Hybrid 4MATIC+, among others. The activity allowed participants to experience the performance, speed and power of these world-class vehicles at Bira International Circuit in Pattaya.

Before entering the driving sessions, professional driving instructors provided basic driving techniques and safety guidance to prepare participants for the track. The briefing covered steering control, hand positioning, seat adjustment and the use of various in-car functions and equipment.

The test drive activities were divided into four stations: wet road driving, slalom driving, emergency braking and obstacle avoidance, and the HOT LAP session, which focused on lap time and maximum speed on the circuit. Participants also had the opportunity to experience real-road driving, allowing them to fully appreciate the performance of their preferred vehicles both on and off the track.

Through these activities, customers gained valuable knowledge and enhanced driving skills for handling vehicles in various situations. The experience helped build confidence, improve safety in daily driving and prepare participants to respond effectively in emergency situations.
